If you receive a call from abroad and they know your name, heres what you should do:
1、Be cautious about the information you share: Ensure that you do not disclose any sensitive personal details like bank account numbers, passwords, or other confidential information.
2、Verify the source of the call: Try to determine if the caller is someone you know or if the call is legitimate. You can do this by asking them how they obtained your information or why they are calling.
3、Check your contact list: Make sure your contact list is secure and that no one has obtained your personal information without your knowledge.
4、Report the call: If you feel the call is suspicious or if you believe your privacy has been violated, report the call to your local authorities or the appropriate agencies.
5、Use caution when responding: If you decide to engage with the caller, use caution and avoid providing any more personal information unless you are absolutely certain of their identity and intentions.
Remember to always exercise caution when dealing with unknown callers, especially those claiming to have personal information about you. If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of the call, it is best to trust your instincts and take appropriate measures to protect your personal information and privacy.
